Say it your way

Write the job the way you would tell a person. You do not need special words.

Here is what I will do every Friday at 10:00:

Read your Debtors table.
Text each person with a balance above ₦0: “Good morning Chidi, your balance with Ada's Kitchen is ₦12,500. Thank you.”
Send you a count of who was reminded.

Approvals with a PIN

Money always waits for you.

Messages can go out on their own once you have said yes. Payments are different. Each one stops and asks for your PIN first.

You see who is paid and how much, before anything moves.
Only your PIN approves it. Taskiem cannot approve for you.
A payment is sent once, even if the network drops.

The team and their roles

Sets up jobs and prepares payments. Cannot approve them.

Adds sales and sees the lists you share with them.

Accountant

Reads records and exports them. Changes nothing.
